The Final Countdown
Sadly, after October 2010, we will no longer be the landlords of the Three Horseshoes. Thank you for all your support for the music and the pub over the last 12 years.
We hope to see you around other venues.
We will stop serving food on the 17th of September 2010.
Our last trading day is the 5th of October 2010.

Mike and Vera welcome you to the Three Horseshoes, Staplestreet, Hernhill, Kent.
Being foremost an excellent old pub that serves a wide range of homemade food, The Horseshoes’ menu is mainly traditional English dishes (including vegetarian food) which, like our sandwiches and baguettes, are reasonably priced with generous portions.
We pride ourselves with the hard work we have put into the pub to keep it a traditional village pub.
The ale is as good as the food; and Masterbrew is served straight from the barrel along with selected seasonal ales.
The ambiance is just what you would expect in a pub of this kind, from the hops that hang round the bar to the chatter from the customers.
In winter there is always a log fire ablaze and the bar still features gas lighting which is used whenever there is a power cut! Popular with walkers, the local area is rich with footpaths, also near by is Mount Ephraim and Farming World.
When you visit the Shoes you have a choice to join in the conversation or just listen and smile.
